Our Process

Your Best Interest is Our Commitment

Since inception, our firm has operated with a staunch client-first approach that ensures your unique goals are at the forefront of everything we do. Our dedication to your financial future is backed by an investment firm whose philosophy also prioritizes the client above all else.

In carrying out that philosophy, we use this general framework to earn your trust, understand your needs, leverage Raymond James resources, and provide clear advice.

  • Managing personal finances involves building a strong relationship with your financial advisor.
Our journey together begins with an open conversation where we discuss your concerns and goals. We'll also provide clarity on our background, services, and fees to ensure transparency. This initial meeting helps us determine how well we align for your financial journey ahead.

  • Once our relationship is established, we’ll collect the necessary financial information and documentation using simple forms and a request list. While we aim to streamline the process, we may follow up with additional questions, ensuring your financial information remains confidential.

  • Using your information, our team will assess your financial status and create a tailored plan based on your investment objectives, goals, values, and risk tolerance. This comprehensive plan may cover areas such as budgeting, retirement, estate and tax planning, insurance, and education.

  • After developing your initial plan, we’ll review it together, covering investment strategies, market expectations, and service charges. You’re encouraged to take the plan home for further review, and we’ll address any questions and make adjustments before signing an engagement agreement to begin managing your financial and investment plan.

  • We view financial planning and investment management as a long-term process, regularly reviewing your portfolio and plan to align with your goals and adapt to changing market conditions. We prioritize consistent communication to keep you informed and ready to adjust for any life changes, expected or unexpected.

“Your customer doesn’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”
