Pat McFawn is a Registered Representative and is the Founding Partner of McFawn Financial Services Group. He has been a securities representative since 1982, a Certified Financial Planner Professional since 1987, and has been licensed for insurance in the state of Michigan since 1982. Pat began his career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) before moving over to the financial services industry in 1981, where he has maintained his lifelong passion for helping people develop their wealth and retirement goals.
In addition to meeting with individuals and families to help meet their financial goals, Pat is a mentor and works closely with other members of the team on client’s overall financial and retirement planning and insurance needs. Pat and his wife Mary live in Rochester Hills and are actively involved in their community. Pat currently sits on the board of a non-profit organization called On My Own of Michigan, which provides support to individuals with developmental disabilities as they build and maintain their independence. Outside of these activities, Pat also enjoys golfing, traveling, reading, watching sports, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Dale White is a Registered Principal and is the Branch Manager of the office. He has been a securities representative since 2002, a Certified Financial Planner Professional since 2005, and has been licensed for insurance in the state of Michigan since 2008. Dale is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has a Masters Degree in Taxation from Walsh College. He graduated from Michigan State University in 1996 and began his career as a tax accountant and CPA before moving over to the financial services industry in 2002.
Dale meets and consults with clients, meets with investment product vendors reviewing offerings, and works closely with other members of the group on client’s overall financial and retirement planning and insurance needs. He is also involved with much of the operations of the group including planning processes and implementation, investment and fund research, and compliance issues. He is a member of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standard Inc. and the Financial and Estate Planning Council of Metro Detroit. Dale lives in Pleasant Ridge and has 3 siblings and 10 nieces and nephews in the Southeastern Michigan area. Away from work, Dale enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching and playing sports, golfing, snowboarding, reading, and traveling.

Brian McFawn joined McFawn Financial Services Group in 2024 as a Financial Services Assistant where he is using his business experience and skills to help the team with client service and ongoing operations, with the ultimate goal of becoming a registered representative and financial advisor. Prior to joining McFawn Financial Services Group, Brian graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Brian started his career using his education in marketing and has held roles in digital marketing and public/analyst relations, including stints in Southfield, MI and more recently Seattle, WA. Though he loved the Pacific Northwest and all the beauty that came with it, he had always held a curiosity for the world of finances and decided to make the ambitious move to return to Michigan and embark on a long-term career in the financial services industry.
Brian lives in downtown Detroit with his partner and enjoys going to concerts, spending time with family and friends, and doing his best not to come in last at pub trivia.

Prior to joining McFawn Financial she worked within the mortgage industry, specifically doing refinancing, and spent thirteen years working in the retail/food industry at a gourmet market where she did everything from purchasing to managing the store. She lives in St. Clair Shores with her fiancée, and outside of work she enjoys cooking, kayaking, spending time with family and friends, and traveling to Traverse City.
